Position Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia 
Reports To: Executive Assistant

Position Purpose
The Graphic Designer is responsible for shaping the visual identity of English Language Academy (“ELA”) CO. LTD. This role focuses on conceptualizing and creating compelling graphics for digital and print media, conducting dynamic photo and video shoots, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and support enrollment campaigns for the learning centre.
Key Performance AreaKey Responsibility
Visual Design & Content Creation
  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and event materials. 
  • Prepare and edit photos and videos for various platforms.
Photography & Videography
  • Plan, execute, and direct on-site video and photo shoots to capture engaging content for marketing and promotional use. 
  • Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure high-quality multimedia production.
Marketing & Brand Consistency
  • Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. 
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Administration & Organization
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 
Person Specification
Essential requirements (skills, knowledge experience, & qualification(s)
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. 
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, lightroom, Capcut, Premier pro, etc
Desirable requirements
  • Experience operating camera equipment and lighting for professional photography and videography.
  • A good command of English Proficiency. 
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
